Refund policy

We have a strict no returns no exchanges policy for change of mind or if you ordered the wrong size. See the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act for more information.

Damage and quality issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, doesn't match the description, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email sillybillyscience@gmail.com with your order details, concerns, and pictures of the item. We need to submit claims with our printing supplier for misprinted/damaged/defective items within 30 days after the product has been received, so please notify us as soon as possible. The supplier will usually offer a refund and/or replacement of the product if they are at fault. If you do not advise us of any of the aforementioned issues in a timely manner, and we cannot contact the supplier within the reporting window, we take no responsibility.
