Can I pick up?

Sorry, no - all of our stock is printed out of New Zealand and shipped to you directly. We use a print-on-demand model to reduce waste and promote sustainability.

How long is shipping?

Apparel is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! Your order is typically shipped from Australia. Shipping estimates vary by item, and are shown on the item page and during checkout. Occasionally due to external factors, shipping will be delayed and take longer than the estimate. If it has been longer than the estimated date of delivery, please email sillybillyscience@gmail.com with your order details and we will try to find a solution. 

Shipping estimates (note this does not include fulfilment time for apparel, usually 2-5 business days):

Stickers shipping estimate: 2-5 business days (additional 2-3 working days for rural)
T-shirt shipping estimate: 10-13 business days
Crop top shipping estimate: 10-13 business days
Supply hood and crew shipping estimate: 10-13 business days
Relax hood shipping estimate: 10-19 business days
Tough phone case: 6-8 business days

Why are my items shipped separately?

Depending on the items purchased, some may ship separately based on item type or fulfillment location, and shipping will be charged appropriately. Hoodies and sweatshirts will ship together. T-shirts, and crop tops will ship together. Stickers and phone cases are always shipped separately from other items. The costs for shipping each item category is displayed on checkout. If you purchase more than one item in a category, you will only pay for shipping once in that category (and will get a discount!).

How is the item shipped?

All products are packaged in paper or plastic mailers or cardboard boxes. Depending on local supply availability, packaging can be made of recycled, partially recycled, or virgin materials. Whenever needed, the supplier uses clear mailers, tissue paper, foam pouches, or bubble wrap to protect products from breaking or scratching.

Where is everything sourced and printed?

The clothing is from AS Colour, and printed in our supplier fulfillment facilities (typically Australia). The stickers are made in New Zealand or USA. The phone cases are made in Korea and shipped to our supplier fulfillment facilities (typically Australia) for custom printing. We chose AS Colour for our clothing blanks because they produce high quality, long-lasting garments and align with our values. First established in Aotearoa New Zealand, AS Colour have highly ethical practices, and source cotton responsibly (https://www.ascolour.co.nz/social-responsibility). Stickers are printed in the US or New Zealand.

Where are the designs from?

The designs are custom, made by me! 

How are the items printed?

The clothing is printed using direct to garment (DTG) technology. Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing is a printing method that uses ink to print directly onto the fabric. The ink goes straight into the fibers of the fabric, so you don’t feel the design or ink when you touch it. Our supplier uses DTG to print your products on demand because there’s almost no setup time, which means we can print the designs quickly and send them your way as soon as possible. Stickers are printed directly on adhesive vinyl and die or kiss-cut. For phone cases, sublimation printing is used. The design is printed on paper then transferred directly to the product with heat.

What sizes do you offer?

Depending on the item we offer sizes from XS-2XL. Unfortunately, this is limited by our supplier.

What is the fit of the item like?

On each item page, the fit and sizing of the item is described using the information obtained from AS Colour.

Does the phone case allow wireless charging?

The non-MagSafe phone cases can be used for wireless charging on a flat surface, but there is no built-in magnet in the case and therefore it is not possible to mount vertically with MagSafe charging. Only the MagSafe phone cases can be used for mounting with MagSafe charging.

What if I am unhappy with the quality of my item or it doesn’t fit the description?

Please email sillybillyscience@gmail.com with your order details, concerns, and pictures of the item. We need to submit claims with our printing supplier for misprinted/damaged/defective items within 30 days after the product has been received, so please notify us as soon as possible.

My item hasn’t arrived by the estimated time, can you help?

We are sorry to hear that your item has not made its way to you yet! Please email sillybillyscience@gmail.com with your order details and we will try to find a solution. We need to submit claims for packages lost in transit no more than 30 days after it was expected to arrive, so please let us know as soon as possible. You will be sent a replacement if the shipping carrier is at fault. However, if it has been delivered to your address as per the tracking but you cannot find it, we will not refund or replace. We suggest contacting the shipping carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. If your address was incorrect, your order is returned to the supplier, and you will need to pay the cost to re-ship the item to the correct address.

What if it doesn’t fit or I have changed my mind?

Please make sure you check the sizing guidelines before purchasing to ensure a great fit! We do not offer returns or exchanges for clothing that doesn’t fit or if you have changed your mind. See our refund policy for more information.

Can I make a product suggestion?

Of course! Contact us by email to make a suggestion, or request a colour or style. We may not always be able to make it happen depending on supplier availability, but will do our best!

Can you ship outside of NZ?

We do not offer shipping outside of NZ yet, but email us to register your interest for shipping to your location, and we will let you know if anything changes.
